Service Description

The Rest & Reset Sanctuary: Monthly Carers & Burnout Circle Give yourself the gift of rest and recovery - last Fri Jan-November (Runs Monthly: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Capped at 4 Individuals) ✨ THE REST & RESET SANCTUARY: MONTHLY CARERS & BURNOUT CIRCLE ✨ To the woman holding it all together. To the carers, the givers, and the women feeling quietly isolated, exhausted, or deeply burnt out: this space is for you. You do not need to be strong here. You do not need to talk about your burdens, perform, or achieve anything. You are simply invited to come exactly as you are, step behind the gates at Solace and Sanctuary, and let the land hold you for an afternoon. Running monthly from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM, this intimate, 2.5-hour circle is a dedicated sanctuary for nervous system repair. 🌿 What your morning of rest includes: ☕ Time to Unwind: Arrive to a warm pot of soothing organic herbal tea and complete permission to just sit and breathe. 🐴 Somatic Paddock Rest: Settle into one of our comfortable Keter Troy Adirondack chairs wrapped in a fresh, cozy blanket. While you sit in silence by the paddock fence, the quiet, grounding presence of our horse herd will gently cue your nervous system to stop holding on. 🎨 Fluid Art Expression: A low-pressure, intuitive space to play with clay or watercolors—giving a voice to the feelings words can’t quite capture. 💬 The Village Circle: Connect honestly with a small, intimate group of women over a fresh, nourishing grazing platter. To keep this environment deeply peaceful, low-stimulation, and safe, we strictly cap this monthly circle at just 4 participants. 🎟️ Investment & Booking Details: • Self-Funded Rate: $95 per session • NDIS Participants: $110 (to allow for admin/invoicing) Fully suitable for Self-Managed and Plan-Managed NDIS participants under Core or Capacity Building budgets (custom invoice provided upon request). ⚠️ Booking Terms: Due to our strictly limited capacity of 4 chairs per session, passes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for illness or schedule conflicts. However, your place is fully transferable to another woman or carer in your life who needs the rest. Give yourself permission to pause. You cannot pour from an empty cup. 👉 Tap the link in our bio to view our next upcoming date and secure your seat of rest. #SolaceAndSanctuary #CarerSupport #BurnoutRecovery #WomensCircle #NervousSystemRegulation #EquineAssistedTherapy #ExpressiveArtTherapy #BrisbaneWellness #NDISCarerSupport #RespiteCare
