Service Description

If you received your neurodivergent diagnosis (or self-identification) later in life, you likely know the exact weight of a lifetime of masking. Decades of over-explaining, hyper-verbalising, and adapting your nervous system to a world that feels too loud can leave you with a profound, bone-deep exhaustion. Traditional talk therapy can sometimes feel like just another space where you have to use your words, perform, or get things "right." This is different. This is a space where nothing is demanded of you. We invite you to Chandler for a quiet, deeply respectful, and story-free afternoon. There is no sharing of trauma, no group discussions, and absolutely no requirement to explain your existence. Instead, you are invited to simply exist in parallel safety alongside three other women and our herd. What your afternoon looks like: • Your Own Sanctuary Pod: Sink into a comfortable Adirondack chair right by the fence line, wrapped in a warm blanket with your choice of a hot or cold drink. • Gentle Somatic Anchoring: We begin with a brief, zero-pressure nervous system regulation skill to help your body land in the space. • Creative and Sensory Exploration: A curated selection of raw, tactile materials (charcoal, clay, soft paper) will be by your side. There is no expected product - only space to doodle, sketch, or stim freely (range of sensory tools available). • Radical, Restful Presence: The rest of your time is entirely yours. Watch the herd graze, track the movement of the trees, and let your nervous system co-regulate with the steady, predictable sound of the horses tearing and chewing grass. This is a micro-cohort capped at a maximum of 4 participants to ensure total physical and sensory peace. We sit outside the paddock, allowing you to negotiate your proximity to the animals with complete agency and felt safety. No expectations. No masking. Just permission to rest. In future sessions, gentle invitations will be offered to become curious about your sensory experiences, and how resourcing may help upregulate and downregulate your nervous system. All participation is at your pace and in your own time.
