Defence Carers and Partners Women's Support (Runs Monthly: Capped at 4 Individuals) ✨ Defence Partners Women's Sanctuary: AN AFTERNOON OF TRUE REST ✨ To the women holding the fort. To the partners navigating deployments, relocations, solo parenting, and the constant mental load of defence life—this space is entirely for you. You spend your life being strong, flexible, and resilient. At Solace and Sanctuary, we invite you to put the heavy tasking down, step into the farm setting, and let the quiet rhythm of nature hold you for a few hours. Gathering in an intimate group of just 4 women, this 2-hour retreat is designed purely for nervous system restoration and genuine peer connection with women who truly understand your walk. 🌿 What your time with us includes: ☕ Time to Land: Arrive to a warm cup of tea or coffee, and complete permission to just sit and breathe, move and flow. 🐴 Paddock Co-Regulation: Settle into one of our comfortable Adirondack chairs wrapped in a cozy blanket, allowing the silent, steady presence of our horse herd to naturally lower your stress responses. 🎨 Expressive Twilight Art: A low-pressure, therapeutic space to play with clay or watercolors—focusing on personal identity, transitions, and filling your own cup. 💬 Safe Circle Support: Share a nourishing grazing board with a micro-circle of women who live the same unique routine you do. To keep this environment deeply peaceful, low-stimulation, and safe, we strictly cap this circle at just 4 participants. 🎟️ Investment: $75 self-funded / $95 NDIS (Plan or Self-Managed invoices provided). ⚠️ Booking Terms: Due to our strictly limited capacity of 4 chairs per session, passes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for illness or schedule conflicts. Cancellation Policy
SOLACE AND SANCTUARY Counselling Contract Counselling approach I believe that clients have the inner resources and capacity to grow towards fulfilling their true potential, and they are the experts on their own lives. As a counsellor I will not give you advice or offer solutions, but we will work together to help you understand yourself more fully. With greater self-awareness and trust in your self, body and mind, I hope you will make constructive changes and experience energetic shifts, leading to more connection and wellness in your life. Confidentiality The content of the sessions will be treated as highly confidential. If I need to discuss my work with my supervisor and I will only use your first name but not any other identifying details of you. However, there are a few circumstances in which I may be required to break confidentiality: • If I consider you to be at risk of seriously harming yourself or someone else • If your counselling records have been requested by a court of law • If another party or agency has requested your information, and you have agreed and provided your written consent to this. Sessions The duration of counselling session is 1 hour. Payments/cancellations Each 1-hour session costs the $156.15 for NDIS/At the farm appointments. Individual sessions are charged at $88. Payment will be taken at the time of booking electronically online, or made payable at the time of session. Late cancellation fees are payable as follows: 0-12 hours notice – 100% full session fee payable. 12-24 hours’ notice – 50% of session fee is payable. Please reschedule your appointments prior to 24 hours to avoid cancellation fees. Record keeping If I take notes during or after each session to help me keep track of our progress together, these notes will be stored in a private and secure location and may be viewed by you if you so wish. Your counselling records will be kept by the service for a period of seven (7) years from the date of your last contact with the service. Email/telephone contact Email or telephone contact is possible when pre-booked. I will not enter into telephone or email counselling except by prior arrangement. If you are faced with an emergency in between sessions, please contact Lifeline 131114 or in a life-threatening situation, call 000 without delay. Ending counselling To end counselling, simply advise your decision, and cancel existing appointments prior to 24 hours.
